THE GYM

I've been a member of The Gym for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The gym is spacious, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art machines. The trainers are skilled and always available for guidance. What sets The Gym apart is its diverse class offerings – from yoga to high-intensity workouts, there's something for everyone. The membership fee is remarkable for the quality of services offered. If you're serious about your fitness journey, The Gym is the place to be.

I’ve been a member at many gyms in the Bergen/Passaic County area and nothing compares to The Gym. I’ve been a member for 2 years now, going on 3 and I have no interest in exploring something else. Everything I need is under one roof. I can workout on the training floor if I wish or take a class. I have options and that’s important to me. I feel safe with the trainers and instructors as they meet me where I’m at physically and only push me to my limits in a healthy way. I was referred by a friend and now I have a community of friends that I see on a daily basis. My gym community is important to me because they embrace me and hold me accountable to show everyday for myself. We take classes together and encourage each other to try new techniques and go heavier in certain situations (lol). I’m grateful to be a part of this family as they have pushed me to become a better version of me. Thank you!

I’ve been a member of The Gym for the past 9 years and couldn’t see my life without it. The gym is always clean, the staff are friendly and the classes are challenging and so much fun! Not only have I seen a transformation physically but most importantly it has also changed my mental state for the better. I’ve lost weight and gained friends here. This is my 2nd home. This is my lifestyle change.
